My Journey
I built a career by following the roadmap - working hard, earning credentials, and climbing steadily. The climb made sense. The destination didn't. After nearly 20 years in HR, sitting on the other side of the table, I realized I was helping everyone else grow while feeling increasingly disconnected from my own path. I had done everything "right," yet ended up somewhere that didn't feel like me. That moment wasn't failure, it was clarity. It became the turning point that led me to Reflect & Lead. I wanted to create space for professionals who've achieved success but still feel misaligned, helping them reconnect with their purpose and redefine what fulfillment looks like.
